This Data Processing Agreement applies to Clearform's processing of personal data.
You act as the Data Controller. Clearform acts as the Data Processor.
2. Scope
Clearform processes data to:
- Improve feedback quality
- Structure responses
- Generate actionable signals
- Train and improve Clearform's AI models (subject to the Privacy Policy and appropriate safeguards)
3. Types of Data
May include:
- Feedback text
- Form responses
- Metadata
4. Processing Instructions
Clearform processes data only based on:
- Customer instructions
- Product functionality
5. Security Measures
We implement:
- Encryption
- Access controls
- Secure infrastructure
6. Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors for:
- Cloud hosting
- Storage
- AI processing
All subprocessors meet industry standards.
7. Confidentiality
All data is treated as confidential.
8. Data Subject Rights
Clearform supports the Controller in handling:
- Access requests
- Deletion requests
- Data portability
9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected customers without undue delay.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only as necessary. Upon request:
- Data can be deleted
- Processing will cease
11. International Transfers
Where applicable, we ensure:

- Standard safeguards
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Indian law.
